![]() ![]() The camera controls are crisp and respond well when zoomed out, but get a little sketchy when you're trying to zoom in on individual citizens. So most of you will pleased to here that the controls made the shift to console pretty well. The number one concern of most PC players when playing PC games on a console is the controls. The animation isn't all fluid, such as in crop growing, where crops skip from one growth phase to another, but other then that, you get a very impressive visual game. Character animation resembles that of a Sims game, more then sufficient for its role. The lighting and weather effects are phenomenal and watching constructions is as fascinating as it ever has been. The Graphics for the game are quite impressive. The dialog of the game is presented in a hilariously horrible accent, making the game most entertaining. ![]() Sound FX are effecient, nothing really too noteworthy. Mambo, Bossa Nova, Salsa, you name it, it's here. Very, very entertaining, and appropriate, Latin music pieces grace the sounds of this game. But keep on your toes and remember, if you screw up just this much, you'll be flying a cargo plane full of rubber dog shit out of Hong Kong! 2 We'll start with the Sound. Following in the standard of city builders, the game requires you to both build your island nation and run its governement however you see fit. It's destiny rests in the descions you make. The game's premise is easy enough, you play the role of a tropical dictator, leading your island nation into the future. My goal is to present an ideal review of Tropico 3 that presents its pros and cons in an easy to understand way. El Presidente returns in the third installment of the popular PC title Tropico. ![]()
